Meet Our Co-Founder and Owner
Jake Mullin, Co-Founder and CEO of RoofsOnly.com, Texan born and raised, comes from a long line of blue-collar workers with a heart for family and fulfillment in a hard day’s work. Jake has a passion for sports, and played both football and baseball at the collegiate level. His alma mater, McMurry University, recently inducted Jake into their Hall of Honor for his accomplishments in both sports during his time at the school.
As CEO, it is Jake's love for people that truly sets him apart. His passion, vision, and integrity gets the job done like none other; creating a work environment everyone wants to be a part of. Jake knows that industries are perpetually changing and that there is always something new to be learned or seen from a different perspective. When Jake is not out in the field on a project site or expanding his network, he is prioritizing self-development and constantly learning how and where to renew his skills.

Jenny Badell, originally from Venezuela, is a bilingual professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Before moving to the USA, she successfully managed her own business for over a decade in construction and design. Her extensive experience in understanding and meeting her clients’ needs has been a cornerstone of her career. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that every project is executed to the highest standards.
As a dedicated wife and mother of two wonderful boys, Jenny loves creating lasting memories with her family. She enjoys running, traveling, and crafting unique creations. Her passion for learning and embracing new challenges drives her to continuously improve and innovate in her field.
